Terms of service

These terms cover orders placed on Azpect (drawnbyazpect.com), a hand-drawn art studio run by the artist Azpect in Florida, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Custom artwork

Every piece is drawn by hand from the photo and details you provide. You get one sketch to approve with one round of changes, then small fixes on the finished piece. Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. If you need something by a date, tell us before you order.

What you send us

You confirm that you have the right to share the photos and details you upload, and permission from anyone pictured (or their parent or guardian). We may decline any order, for example one that is hateful, explicit or harmful, and refund it in full.

Characters, logos and brands

Every Superhero You hero is an original design. We don't draw existing characters from comics, movies or games. Some printers won't accept trademarked logos, so on printed pieces we may draw the thing itself instead of its logo.

Who owns the art

Azpect keeps the copyright to every artwork, as most artists do. You get a personal licence to print, display and share your piece, for example on your walls, social media, cards and gifts. Commercial use, like merchandise for sale or business branding, needs a separate commercial licence. Email us and we will quote it. Azpect may show your piece in his portfolio only with your permission.

Payments and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.

Refunds

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
