Shipping policy

Digital orders

Digital portraits, trading cards and party packs are emailed to you as print-ready files, along with your time-lapse video. Nothing ships, and there is no shipping charge.

Printed orders

Acrylic, canvas, posters, boards and books are printed to order in the US by our print partner, after you approve your sketch and Azpect finishes the artwork. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

From the day you approve the final artwork, printed pieces usually arrive in:

Posters: about 1 week
Canvas and sign-in boards: 1 to 2 weeks
Acrylic: 2 to 2.5 weeks

Where we ship

We ship printed orders to all 50 US states only. Digital orders are available worldwide.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size of your print, and we keep it close to what our print partner charges us:

Standard: $12 for small prints and posters, $20 for medium canvas and sign-in boards, $25 for large pieces, $33 for the 24×24 in acrylic.
Express: from $19, where available. Express isn't offered for sign-in boards.

Damaged or lost

If your print arrives damaged or never arrives, email hello@drawnbyazpect.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we will reprint and reship it free.

Need it by a date?

For birthdays and parties, order at least 4 weeks before the date, or email us before ordering to check if a faster turnaround is possible.
