Privacy policy

Azpect is a small art studio run by the artist Azpect in Florida, USA. To draw your portrait we need a few personal things, like a photo and a list of what you love. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, billing and shipping address, and what you bought. Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
What you send for the artwork: the photo you upload, the names, ages and interests you type into the order form, and any notes.
Website data: basic, cookie-based information about how the site is used, collected by Shopify to run the store.

How we use it

To draw your artwork and send you your sketch, final files and time-lapse video.
To print and ship physical orders. Your shipping details and the finished artwork file go to our print partner for that purpose only.
To answer your questions and, if you ask for it, send you emails about new work. You can unsubscribe any time.

Photos of children

Many portraits and heroes are of kids. Orders must be placed by a parent, guardian or adult who has permission to share the photo. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

What we will never do

We will never sell your information or your photos.
We will never use your photos or artwork to train AI, or upload them to any AI tool. Every piece is drawn by hand.
We will never post your portrait, photo or time-lapse publicly without your permission. We always ask first, and you can say no.

How long we keep it

We delete the photos you upload 90 days after your order is finished, unless you ask us to keep them for a future order. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@drawnbyazpect.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
